This Refund Policy governs the terms of refunds applicable to the use of the "Live Doctors" platform ("Platform"), a software service offered by Prgenix Consultants LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Noida, U.P. ("Company").

By subscribing to the Platform, the subscriber ("Doctor" or "User") agrees to this Refund Policy as a binding part of the Terms of Service.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards monthly or annual subscriptions for access to the Live Doctors platform are **non-refundable**. Once a subscription fee is paid by the User, **no refund, whether full or partial, shall be provided under any circumstances**, including but not limited to:

- Voluntary cancellation of the subscription before the expiry of the current billing cycle  
- Non-usage or under-usage of the Platform  
- Dissatisfaction with the Platform or its features  
- Termination of services due to violation of the Terms of Service or applicable laws  

The User acknowledges and agrees that the subscription payment is made in exchange for access to a digital service, and not for a tangible product. The Company is under no obligation to process a refund once access credentials are issued or services are initiated.

2. Auto-Renewals

If the User has opted for an auto-renewing subscription, they are solely responsible for cancelling the subscription before the next billing cycle begins. The Company shall not entertain refund requests for subscriptions that have auto-renewed due to the User’s failure to cancel in a timely manner.

3. Exception 

We offer all new users a free trial period of 7 to 15 days to explore our platform and experience our services before making any payment. This ensures you have enough time to evaluate whether our solution meets your needs.

However, if a payment is made by mistake during this trial period, we allow a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of the transaction. Within this period, you may request a cancellation and refund.

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our team, the refund amount will be credited back to your original bank account within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting the Company first will be considered a violation of this Refund Policy. The Company reserves the right to block or suspend user access and pursue legal remedies in such cases.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida/U.P..
